<p>Intern - Program Management</p> <p>Location: Pascagoula, MS</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>The Program Management Intern will gain hands-on experience in project management and process optimization within a shipbuilding environment. This internship provides an opportunity to apply engineering, business, and leadership principles while supporting various departments involved in ship construction. The intern will work closely with management teams to enhance efficiency, improve workflows, and contribute to ongoing projects.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a college program pursuing a degree in STEM, Business, or a related field. </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. </li><li>Strong time management, organizational, and critical thinking skills. </li><li>Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist in coordinating subcontractor support for engineering and production. </li><li>Support the management of BMS and subcontractor schedules. </li><li>Review subcontracts to verify payment milestones for subcontractors. </li><li>Analyze business process flows to identify optimization opportunities. </li><li>Assist in identifying and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. </li><li>Maintain records and databases, ensuring accurate data input and reporting. </li><li>Assist in preparing reports, research materials, and presentations. </li><li>Shadow various office and operational roles to gain industry experience. </li><li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety, environmental, and quality system principles. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management. </li></ul> <p>Bollinger is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing employment opportunities to minorities, females, veterans and disabled individuals, and without regard to sexual orientation and gender identity.</p>
