<p>ETC is hiring a Project Manager to join our team at our global headquarters in Middleton, WI. In this role, you will lead projects from start to finish while delivering outstanding customer service and collaborating with teams across the company.</p> <p>We are open to candidates at all experience levels, with 13 years of theatrical or architectural experience preferred. As a 100% employee-owned company, everyone shares in our success.</p> <p>Representative Responsibilities:</p> <p>Implements the design of a custom project layout</p> <p>Addresses requests for information from dealers, consultants, engineers, electricians, representatives and end users in a timely and professional manner</p> <p>Reviews quotations, sales order and purchase orders and addresses any discrepancies in a timely fashion</p> <p>Confirms system requirements</p> <p>Ensures drawings are consistent and accurate</p> <p>Submits drawings to customers by or on due date</p> <p>Reviews submittal drawings/check printing</p> <p>Manages the projects progress to ensure the scheduled ship date is met</p> <p>Provides accurate project status to customers as soon as changes occur</p> <p>Submits shop drawings to Systems Engineering for review</p> <p>Releases project to manufacturing</p> <p>Updates project schedules to ensure they are accurate and current</p> <p>Communicates custom aspects with custom expediter</p> <p>Meets promised ship dates and specifications</p> <p>Ensures quality customer support for each project</p> <p>Communicates projects schedule and ensures it is agreed-upon by external personnel (rep/dealer/consultant/customer/contractor)</p> <p>Ensures product shipped meets customers expectations</p> <p>Ensures product meets customer requirements</p> <p>Reviews shipping paperwork for accuracy</p> <p>Supports system energization</p> <p>Ensures all equipment is on site and missing equipment is expedited if necessary</p> <p>Provides support to on-site technicians</p> <p>Assists other Project Managers when needed</p> <p>Acts as a resource for other departments</p> <p>Assists in the training of department personnel</p> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> <p>Completes special projects and requests in a timely and positive fashion</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Bachelors degree, or 8 years of comparable business experience in increasingly responsible positions</p> <p>1-3 years of appropriate theatre industry experience or architectural experience</p> <p>Practicable experience in technical theatre, architectural and/or construction</p> <p>Knowledge of electronics and/or electrical theories or practices</p> <p>Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills</p> <p>Strong motivation and leadership skills</p> <p>Microsoft Office/PC skills</p> <p>Able to work well under pressure and defuse volatile situations</p> <p>Ability to communicate effectively through various mediums, phone, Teams, email, etc.</p> <p>Responsiveness to customers' needs</p> <p>Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines</p> <p>Ability to evaluate a customer situation and think through best path forward</p> <p>Situational Awareness to recognize different customer types and needs</p> <p>Ability to handle medium to large projects, that include complete systems, energizations, etc.</p> <p>Ability to handle projects over various customer types and system types</p> <p>Basic knowledge of how systems go together and what is needed to create a working system.</p> <p>Understanding of processes for the design and manufacture of custom product</p>
