<p>Overview</p> <p>Great Day Improvements - Staff Accountant</p> <p>If you have experience in Accounting and excellent analytical skills join the Great Day Improvements Window team! We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support the finance team through a variety of accounting functions.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>General ledger data entry for daily, monthly, and year-end transactions. </li><li>Participate in month-end and annual accounting closing process. </li><li>Reconcile balance sheet accounts with supporting documentation. </li><li>Timely and accurate processing of bank account transactions. </li><li>Data entry for various processes. </li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. </li><li>Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accounts receivable collections </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills. </li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to take initiative and prioritize work. </li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail. </li><li>Strong research, organizational and project management skills. </li><li>Experience working in an environment requiring analytical response to a variety of business issues. </li><li>Highly organized and ability to manage concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities. </li><li>Ability to communicate with present information, both verbally and written effectively with all levels of the organization. </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Undergraduate Degree in accounting or finance. </li><li>At least 2 years of accounting experience. </li></ul> <p>GDI is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer</p> <p>#INDGDI</p>
