Actively address and resolve team issues. Set clear goals with team members, inspires and supports them towards accomplishing these goals and evaluates goal achievement in a fair and understandable way. Create an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Actively seek to coach and help with personal development. Regularly offer feedback in an effort to help others develop. Support others in setting challenging development goals. Support cross topics outside of his/her management scope. Drive and actively participate in the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP). Actively drive Customer Collaboration aligned with PO. Contribute as a management stakeholder to long-living, maintainable, high quality components that can easily be integrated to a product.</p> <p>Education and Occupational Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.</p> <p>Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:</p> <p>Experience must involve five (5) years in the following:</p> <p>Building and designing technical specifications, and analyzing and translating requirements to implement/develop scalable web applications;</p> <p>Designing, building and executing test cases for unit testing, functional, regression, system, and integration;</p> <p>Performing impact analysis of various features of application;</p> <p>Mentoring and Lead Team Members;</p> <p>Collaborating with different departments like QA, Product Management, Implementation teams and collaborate across LOBs and CPA teams for cross platform integrations;</p> <p>Maintaining accuracy and integrity of application features with data; and</p> <p>Analyzing production issues and provide quick resolutions for production incidents/escalations.</p> <p>This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the</p>
