With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world's leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).</p> <p>A day in the life.</p> <p>As our Client Executive on the EH&B team, you'll help to establish and maintain relationships with both prospect and client decision-makers and will have overall client services responsibilities for assigned accounts by overseeing and co-managing a book of prospects and/or clients with dedicated Producers. You will help to produce and oversee coverage analyses/spreadsheets, identify necessary marketing efforts, and conduct other various service activities, including adding new lines of coverage and negotiating renewals with prospects and/or clients.</p> <p>Our future colleague.</p> <p>We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years group employee benefits experience at carrier and/or broker; most recent experience in elevated client services role </li><li>Strong Technical knowledge of benefits insurance coverage </li><li>Strong time management, delegation and organizational skills </li></ul> <p>These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>Life and Health License </li></ul> <p>We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
