<p>Job#: 3030852</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Program Manager IV</p> <p>Location: Menlo Park, CA (Onsite)</p> <p>Employment Type: Contract</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>This role is for a sales enablement and communications leader to shape training, go-to-market communications, and enablement programs. As an individual contributor, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy and operational execution. This position is focused on building an internal go-to-market communications and training architecture, driving change management for a global sales team.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute sales enablement strategies, including training and go-to-market communications. </li><li>Bridge the gap between high-level corporate goals and the day-to-day operations of the sales force. </li><li>Build and manage an internal training and communications architecture. </li><li>Drive change management and training initiatives for a global sales team. </li><li>Lead the transformation of frontline operations to ensure teams have the right guidance. </li><li>Manage projects and share updates with relevant internal groups. </li><li>Participate in training design, including storyboarding and video creation. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Experience: 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, shaping training, go-to-market communications, and enablement programs.</p> <p>Technical Skills: Proficiency in training and change management, communication and storytelling, documentation and knowledge management, and executive communication.
