Must be able to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands and fingers, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls, and move about facilities. Required vision includes close vision, distance, peripheral, and the ability to adjust focus. Required to lift up to a minimum of 70lbs. Exposure to shop environments such as noise, dust, odors and fumes, chemicals, and adhesives. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions precedent at that time. Maintain regular attendance and timeliness as set forth within the work schedule designated by the department supervisor/manager.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ol> <li>Education, Experience, and Certification/Training </li></ol> <p>High school diploma or the equivalent. CPR Certified</p> <ol start="2"> <li>Skills </li></ol> <p>Excellent knowledge of security protocols Ability to operate security systems and emergency equipment Exceptional interpersonal skills Advanced verbal and written communication skills Ability to work alone or as part of a team Ability to solve problems as they arise Attention to detail Ability to react appropriately in stressful situations</p> <ol start="3"> <li>Knowledge </li></ol> <p>English Language- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Ability to understand written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents. Customer and Personal Service- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. Ethics/Integrity- Representing Asbury Automotive by conducting yourself in a professional and courteous manner that demonstrates integrity and avoids actual or perceived conflicts of interest while complying with company standards and business ethics.
