This role assists with administrative tasks, outreach efforts, and client referrals to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <p>Assist in client intake and service referrals. Provide basic counseling and resource navigation. Maintain accurate records and case documentation. Support community outreach and public education initiatives. Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups for client services.</p> <p>Knowledge and Skills</p> <p>Strong organizational and administrative abilities. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum of six months of social work experience.
