<p>Pay:</p> <ul> <li>Annual salaru of $68,000 </li></ul> <p>Job Summary:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee person-centered training development and delivery for assigned Specialized Community Supports (SCS) programs. </li><li>Assist SCS Senior Area Director(s) with ongoing development, individual-specific programming, and behavior-support planning. </li><li>Assist SCS Senior Area Director(s) with the development of new SCS homes throughout the state. </li><li>Participate as a member of the SCS leadership team - fostering an environment that supports individuals in pursuit of their hopes, dreams, and personal outcomes. </li><li>Support assigned homes when needed. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in the field of Human Service or comparable related experience is required. </li><li>Master's degree is preferred. </li><li>Experience leading training programs for residential providers. </li><li>MANDT or CPI certification preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of 245D requirements. </li><li>Knowledge, coursework, and/or certification in Behavioral Analysis (BCBA or BCaBA). </li><li>Experience and training in behavior management, de-escalation, and negotiation techniques. </li><li>Must be competent to perform the duties as required with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a program providing direct support services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older. </li><li>Knowledge of provision of service for persons with disabilities in Minnesota. </li><li>Background study (BGS) clearance is required. </li><li>Driver's license required. Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record required. </li><li>Five years' work experience with individuals who display significant behavioral challenges, including two years in a leadership and management position required. </li><li>Experience leading complex operations required. </li></ul> <p>Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is a dynamic social service organization serving children, youth and families, people with disabilities, older adults, and military veterans.
