<p>Level I</p> <ul> <li>Ensure that all relevant internal and external documentation utilized for inspection purposes is </li></ul> <p>current.</p> <ul> <li>Accurately record inspection activities, as required, utilizing the Company's ERP system. </li><li>Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and assembly prints. </li><li>Perform inspection by utilizing handheld gages including calipers, micrometers, and scales. </li><li>Perform final check to ensure all assemblies and detail parts are free of Foreign Object Debris </li></ul> <p>(FOD) and non-conformance issues.</p> <ul> <li>Accurately populate quality assurance documentation using industry terms and definitions. </li><li>Assist in Return Material Authorization (RMA) and Material Rejection Report (MRR) processes </li></ul> <p>using Syteline to ensure timely resolution.</p> <ul> <li>Perform PCD Audits, document results and communicate findings </li><li>Participate in 3rd Party audits as necessary. </li><li>Handle customer supplied products with care. </li><li>Maintain and reinforce ORIZON's quality standards to meet customer expectations </li><li>Manage time appropriately and respond quickly to all inquiries so that production, quality, and </li></ul> <p>delivery schedules are met.</p> <ul> <li>Participate in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) process to ensure true cause has been </li></ul> <p>established and corrected to prevent any reoccurrences.</p> <ul> <li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in implementation of process </li></ul> <p>improvements.</p> <ul> <li>Assist Material Review Board (MRB) by clearly identifying and placing nonconforming products </li></ul> <p>in the MRB cage.</p> <ul> <li>Maintain an "Ultra C-Lean" working environment by following proper work procedures, ensuring </li></ul> <p>a clean work area, and confirming, at the beginning and end of each shift, that the work area</p> <p>has an accurate inventory of tools.</p> <ul> <li>Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to safety officials or Quality </li></ul> <p>Supervision.</p> <ul> <li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervision. </li></ul> <p>Level II</p> <p>Perform responsibilities associated with a Level I Inspector as well as the following:</p> <ul> <li>Perform inspection by utilizing laboratory grade equipment (e.g., CMM(s), Scanners, Optical </li></ul> <p>Comparators, Surf analyzers, etc.)</p> <ul> <li>Enter data and complete First Article Inspection (FAI) Reports using Net-Inspect. </li><li>Create and complete Return Material Authorization (RMA) and Material Rejection Report (MRR) </li></ul> <p>processes using Syteline to ensure timely resolution.</p> <ul> <li>Capture data and images for use in creating a Power Point Presentation to clearly identify any </li></ul> <p>non-conformances.</p> <ul> <li>Train Level I Inspectors to perform inspection and troubleshoot by utilizing laboratory grade </li></ul> <p>equipment including (e.g., CMM(s), Scanners, Optical Comparators, Surf analyzers, etc.)</p>
