The role is domiciled at our Fox Valley branch office with primary responsibilities including efficient and on-time dispatching, routing delivery of product(s), problem-solving customer and delivery issues, managing company drivers and maintaining customer service levels.</p> <p>Essential Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Ensures, promote and create safety awareness, incident prevention while creating and maintaining a safety culture environment </li><li>Maintains fleet and other assets to specified standards within budgeted parameters through effective coordination with the Maintenance Department </li><li>Ensures the efficient loading, dispatching and routing of fleet in alignment with company business needs </li><li>Audits customer sites to maintain proper barcodes, unit list and site maps </li><li>Plans and prepares am routes for dispatch </li><li>Manages PM routes to ensure routes efficiency </li><li>Assists with the ERY/ARY meet weekly to discuss improvement plans </li><li>Assists with Managing Maintenance Protocols " Truck service" </li><li>Prepares shift handover reports </li><li>Prepares incidents reports as needed </li><li>Manages routes daily and make adjustments as needed </li><li>Making delivery's to complete stops due to employee or mechanical issue out in the field </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tankers Endorsements </li><li>At least 1 year experience in transportation management/dispatch along with a thorough, demonstrated understanding of fleet operations </li><li>Knowledge of transportation operations and laws, federal safety regulations and maintenance requirements preferred </li><li>Strong customer orientation in interacting with and resolving customer related issues in a timely, professional, and positive manner </li><li>Demonstrated ability to plan and manage </li></ul> <p>Check out our Website at https://www.jacobusenergy.com</p> <p>Please copy and paste the below link into your browser to see A Day in the Life of a Jacobus Energy Driver:</p> <p>https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rb8sl8hudNfhQjX5Q9gVANwmm0BhhGqY/view?usp=sharing</p> <p>Follow us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/jacobusenergy.com</p> <p>Integrity, Excellence, Innovation, Teamwork, Accountability</p>
