Other duties as assigned.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES:</p> <p>50% - Essential - Safety:</p> <p>Responsible for load safely secured and roadworthy before departure. Visually inspect bus for any needed repairs/maintenance and make sure they have been completed. Ensure oil and filters have been changed in accordance with maintenance procedures. Ensure tires are inflated, and inspected for damage and are in good working order.</p> <p>45% - Essential - Driver:</p> <p>Transport students, staff, program participants or visitors to and from program areas. Drive vehicles, cars, buses to the various sites for programmatic use.</p> <p>5% - Essential - Other:</p> <p>Other duties as assigned by the program or facilities directors.</p> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Education - None - Experience in the operation or maintenance of heavy equipment, motorized vehicles or machinery that</p> <p>Licenses - Drivers License Class B CDL</p> <p>PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Education - High School or Equivalent - 2 yrs. operating a motorized vehicle directly related to area of employment</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>JOB KNOWLEDGE</p> <p>Fundamental Job Knowledge - Fundamental working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to apply in varied situations</p> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>No Supervisory Duties - Not responsible for supervising employees.</p> <p>BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>No Budget Responsibilities - No fiscal responsibility for the department's budget.</p> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>0% - Sit (stationary position) for prolonged period</p> <p>0% - Recognize or inspect visually</p> <p>0% - Perceive, observe, clarity of vision</p> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS:</p> <p>0% -</p> <p>WORK SCHEDULE:</p> <p>Standard Hrs: 28</p> <p>COMPENSATION INFORMATION</p> <p>$11.40 per hour</p> <p>Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL</p> <p>Normal Operations</p> <p>Required to follow emergency facility closure directives, and not normally expected work on-site during emergency situations.</p> <p>JOB LOCATION:</p> <p>Pickens, SC</p> <p>APPLICATION DEADLINE:</p> <p>Review of applications will begin immediately.
