<p>Posting Number SAECC4154 Advertised Title Coordinator, Career Development and Transition Program, TigerLIFE Campus Location Main Campus (Memphis, TN) Position Number L24236 Category Staff (Hourly/Monthly) Department Counsel Education Psych Research Minimum Position Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Education, Rehabilitation Science, Leadership or relevant areas and three (3) years of a progressive record of professional experience in inclusive higher education, career services, employer development/relations, university relationships, and community rehabilitation programming. Relevant experience may substitute for required education.</p> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.</p> <p>Special Conditions</p> <p>The department is especially interested in candidates with:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree and experience with assessing and placing individuals with disabilities. </li><li>Experience and knowledge of providing direct services or transition for with developmental and intellectual disabilities. </li><li>Experience working with Institutions with direct contact with the disability community. </li><li>Experience including leading change and innovation resulting in a high level of performance outcomes; Advanced skills in leadership, organization, communication strategic planning, marketing and promotion, and administration. </li><li>Program coordination and management skills. </li></ul> <p>Work Schedule</p> <p>Monday - Friday</p> <p>8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.</p> <p>May need to work/travel beyond normal work schedule.</p> <p>Posting Date 03/19/2025 Closing Date 04/01/2025 Open Until Screening Begins No Hiring Range $45,000 - $50,000 per year Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time: Benefits Eligible Working Conditions</p> <p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
