<p>Duties include processing accounts receivable billings; monitoring outstanding balances; following up on collections; handling cash transactions; reconciling aging accounts; and preparing journal entries for cash reporting. Additional duties include responding to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments; managing the full accounts payable cycle, including matching purchase orders, receivers, and invoices, and verifying vendor information; maintaining accurate AP documentation and records; researching and resolving issues such as late or duplicate payments and returned checks, ensuring timely processing; assisting with month-end and year-end closings, including 1099 reporting; collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions; and providing payroll processing support as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent, plus some college or specialized training in a related field, and three years of accounting/bookkeeping experience are required. Must be detail oriented and be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
