<p>The Workplace Operations Technician will help create and maintain a functional, welcoming employee experience at Giga Nevada by performing day-to-day maintenance tasks. The position involves all aspects of customer service and requires a professional positive attitude. Applicants must demonstrate reliability, initiative, and a desire to learn.</p> <ul> <li>Provides excellent customer service to all clients, both internal and external </li><li>Performs diverse tasks in various settings, including offices, warehouses, and cafeterias, supporting inventory management and event operations </li><li>Supports preventive maintenance programs for office assets and equipment, conducting routine field inspections </li><li>Utilizes digital project management software and communication platforms for daily task prioritization </li><li>Ensures safety compliance, identifies workplace hazards, and uses basic tools and equipment </li><li>Assembles equipment and furniture, loads/unloads items, collaborates with other teams, and problem-solves creatively using provided instructions </li><li>Forklift experience preferred </li><li>Ability to take direction with attention to detail and complete follow through </li><li>Must have strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to professionally interact with all levels of management, our internal customers, and our vendors </li><li>Willingness to provide feedback, ideas, and best practices to management </li><li>Adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn and try new tasks </li><li>Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal </li></ul>
