Incorporate a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures. Apply internal/industry knowledge of LOB expertise to facilitate exceptional learning experiences that deliver on Truist's purpose and align with strategic organizational outcomes.
