Join us today and bring your individuality along!</p> <p>As a Vitality Living Maintenance / Environmental Services Director, you will impact lives by: Ensuring our communities are structurally safe, sound, and secure for our residents. Whether it's plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or just beautification and painting projects, the ideal candidate can do it all!</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure maintenance of community exterior and interior by performing or supervising maintenance tasks or facilitating such performance by outside maintenance services personnel. </li><li>Maintain knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations regarding compliance of all maintenance, building codes, and drills; maintain all required documentation to meet such laws and regulations for assisted living and memory care communities. </li><li>Monitor Maintenance Inspection/Request daily and promptly address concerns related to maintenance, carpentry, painting, general repairs, etc. </li><li>Repair community equipment or facilitate repair by outside maintenance services personnel, including but not limited to furnaces, air conditioners, HVAC units, water heaters, plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, and appliances. </li><li>Perform emergency maintenance services at community on an on-call basis. </li><li>And more! </li></ul> <p>Join us today if you meet the following requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or college degree </li><li>2-3 years similar experience preferably in senior living </li><li>HVAC certification </li><li>Skill in mitigating water damage </li><li>Exceptional team building and motivation skills, and strong financial judgement. </li></ul> <p>Some of our benefits include:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. </li><li>401K </li><li>Generous PTO Plan </li></ul> <p>Job Details:</p> <ul> <li>This is a Full Time salary-exempt position. </li></ul> <p>Vitality Living is an equal opportunity employer where you can Be You, Be Vibrant, and Belong.</p>
