<p>Short Description</p> <p>Gestamp South Carolina - Union, SC</p> <p>Role Summary</p> <p>Responsible for successful launch of new programs using Gestamp procedures & systems to fulfil all quality milestones from initial concept to final approved PAP.</p> <p>Supports launch activities at pre-production builds at assembly equipment integrators, die shops and suppliers.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Advanced Quality Planning activities such as PFMEA, Pre-Production Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams and In-Process Inspection Sheets. </li><li>Manage Quality deliverables for each project phase for GPCS. </li><li>Customer quality strategy, GD&T reviews, Check fixture design reviews, documentation reviews, pre-buyoff buyoff activities and PPA/PPAP. </li><li>Pre-production builds and documentation requested by the customer. Manage Launch containment (GP12) activities. </li><li>Assist in the development of dimensional control strategies and the design and procurement of gages and instruments. Coordinate MSA / Gage R&R studies.
