<p>COMPANY OVERVIEW</p> <p>Domo's AI and Data Products Platform lets people channel AI and data into innovative uses that deliver a measurable impact. Anyone can use Domo to prepare, analyze, visualize, automate, and build data products that are amplified by AI.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>As Domo's Head of Digital Media Marketing, you will help develop and implement business plans, marketing strategies, evangelize, and forecasts for our global marketing organization. This perfect candidate will be an AI-first individual with a track record of digging in and leveraging AI to make an organization more valuable and efficient.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Drive awareness and lead the development of Domo's digital media marketing initiatives; </li><li>Lead the creation of digital media marketing and media plans to support the product /company objectives and positioning in the marketplace; </li><li>Work with our digital assets to identify customer needs, oversee market research, and monitor the market trends/competitive landscape; </li><li>Initiate and foster relationships with account development, sales, and other internal groups; </li><li>Extensive marketing analysis experience; </li><li>Oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and forecasting of digital media marketing at Domo; </li><li>Manage a team of expert Digital Media Marketing professionals to ensure roles, responsibilities, and processes are clearly defined and growth is nurtured; </li><li>Partner with media and digital advertising vendors as necessary to execute to plan; </li><li>Perform competitive research and analysis as required for optimal marketing mix in media execution; </li><li>Ensure process and communication with cross-team updates between Marketing, Sales, Paid Advertising, Research, and Creative teams as necessary; </li><li>Benchmark goals and objectives for the digital media marketing efforts, including sales opportunities, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue margins; </li><li>Own digital media marketing calendar, including scheduling media, email, content, etc., to enable Domo to reach targeted audiences and achieve sales objectives. </li></ul> <p>JOB REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>15+ years of digital marketing and go-to-market planning and execution, experience in B2B SaaS preferred; </li><li>7-10 years of managing people and teams; proven track record managing, mentoring, developing, and growing employees; </li><li>Track record of creating and executing on high-impact go-to-market strategies; </li><li>Demonstrated success executing on a vision; </li><li>Superior communication skills, including public speaking and formal presentations to senior management; </li><li>Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, marketing, economics, or a related field) or equivalent experience. MBA preferred; </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility with key business partners in marketing, sales, member support, finance, and account development; </li><li>Demonstrated ability to establish strategic plans and objectives and manage to outcomes; </li><li>Expertise in data-driven marketing - Ability to analyze complex data sets is required; </li><li>Experienced in life-cycle marketing strategy and execution. </li></ul> <p>LOCATION: American Fork, UT</p> <p>BENEFITS: https://www.domo.com/company/careers/culture</p> <p>Domo is an equal opportunity employer.</p> <p>#LI-SC1</p> <p>#LI-Onsite</p>
