<p>Job Description</p> <p>Infosys is seeking an Onsite Network Datacenter H&F Analyst. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Engineers and Subject Matter Experts.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Sacramento CA / Tampa FL / Twinsburg OH or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US </li><li>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education </li><li>At least 2 years of Information Technology experience </li><li>At least 2 years of experience with Hands and feed support for Data Center operations. </li><li>Candidates must be available to work onsite on a rotating / Flexible shift timings at respective Datacenter to provide. It includes both on demand onsite support, and extended shift coverage as needed. </li><li>Candidate must be available to work on a rotating shift schedule to provide support at Datacenter. </li></ul> <p>Shift 1 06:00-15:00 PST</p> <p>Shift 2 14:00-23:00 PST</p> <p>Shift 3 22:00-07:00 PST</p> <ul> <li>Perform hardware unboxing, rack & stack, and cabling (SM, MM, copper). </li><li>Install racks/cabinets, power strips, patch panels, and IT devices. </li><li>Configure server/network management interfaces (ILO/IDRAC). </li><li>Conduct audits, ping tests, and maintain DC Tracks documentation. </li><li>Support break/fix repairs, troubleshooting cables and hardware. </li><li>Execute change requests, decommission old hardware, and manage media disposal. </li><li>Coordinate vendor access and provide emergency/on-call support. </li><li>Attend planning meetings and communicate with customers for updates and closures. </li><li>Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
