Join us.</p> <p>A Day in the Life:</p> <p>In the position of Senior Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all warehouse operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe receipt, storage, and distribution of products. Provide strategic leadership, drive performance improvement, develop warehouse personnel, and ensure operational excellence in support of company goals. Responsible for compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross functional alignment with Transportation, Inventory Control, Production, and Customer Operations teams.</p> <p>The Impact You'll Make:</p> <ul> <li>Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and frontline associates to meet performance expectations. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, productivity, and teamwork. Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and manage corrective actions when necessary. </li><li>Manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management, to ensure smooth workflows and timely order fulfillment. Ensure inventory accuracy through disciplined cycle count and reconciliation processes. </li><li>Maintain optimal warehouse layout, slotting, and material flow to maximize efficiency. Implement effective layouts and workflows to optimize space utilization. Analyze operational data to improve productivity, reduce costs, and drive Lean/5S, optimization, and automation initiatives where applicable. </li><li>Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs, best practices, and standardized workflows. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), storage capacity, productivity rates, and space utilization. </li><li>Provide strategic input to decisions that impact warehouse operations and the broader functional area of responsibility. </li><li>Enforce all safety procedures and OSHA standards, championing continuous safety improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. </li><li>Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and other operational software to track performance, support data-driven decisions, and optimize warehouse operations. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field of study </li><li>Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse Distribution, Beverage industry </li><li>Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role </li><li>Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook. 5s Lean </li><li>System knowledge and application experience. Lean Manufacturing principles experience preferred. </li><li>Preferred Certifications: Certification of Food Grade Safety preferred. </li><li>Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Understanding and knowledge of Good Manufacturing </li><li>Practices (GMP), Food Grade practices within a warehouse. Experience with Compliance and local regulations. </li></ul> <p>Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $95,625-$127,500. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.</p>
