<p>Provides a variety of quality radiographic imaging including under the general direction of a physician, fluoroscopy on all age groups served by the entity insuring the principles of ALARA are achieved. Participates in the department quality improvement processes insuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Depending on departmental business needs, this position will support department's patient workflow such as front desk duties, phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs, patient in-take information, and other duties as assigned and supported by scope of practice.</p> <p>Degrees:</p> <ul> <li>High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper. </li></ul> <p>Licenses & Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Basic Life Support. </li><li>Certified Radiologic Technologist. </li><li>ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography. </li></ul> <p>Additional Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an approved AMA Council on Education Program in Radiologic Technology. </li><li>Six month experience in an acute care setting preferred. </li><li>Must complete and maintain in the Career Ladder Portfolio in order to be considered for Radiology Tech 2. </li><li>Depending on departmental business needs, may be required to be competent in skills such as vitals signs, phlebotomy, EKG, front desk duties including quick registration, etc. </li><li>Change agility and flexibility a must. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Required Experience: 1 Year</p>
