<p>Kforce has a client in Newark, DE that is seeking a Trade Support.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage borrower information flow from the Credit Portfolio Group's clients, ensuring adherence to Compliance policies regarding the handling of Private Material Non-Public Information </li><li>Review and understand legal documents (including Credit Agreements), financial materials and investment committee memoranda in connection with syndicated and unitranche loans </li><li>Operate proactively and with urgency to ensure timely delivery of credit agreement financial covenant reporting information </li><li>Navigate web-based due diligence data rooms, obtain and organize documentation </li><li>Demonstrate problem-solving and solid judgment/decision making skills </li><li>Exhibit ownership, escalation and resolution of issues when they occur in a timely manner </li><li>Develop and maintain long-term relationships with the Credit Portfolio Group, the Credit Trading Desk, operations, legal, and compliance to ensure proper and timely posting of all documentation </li><li>Ownership of internal communication, status updates and covenant compliance tracker </li><li>Field and resolve ad-hoc queries from internal and external clients </li><li>Identify and address control gaps and efficiency opportunities* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, etc. </li><li>2-3 years of experience in financial professional roles </li><li>Self-agency, ability to work independently, pro-activity, knowing how to manage and track their portfolios </li><li>Organization skills </li><li>Excel skills (pivot tables, xlookup/vlookup) </li><li>Professional communication skills with external clients </li><li>Additional asset: reading legal documents (credit agreements) </li></ul>
