<p>Job Details</p> <p>Division: Vulcraft South Carolina</p> <p>Location: Florence, SC, United States</p> <p>Basic Job Functions: A Detailer (Draftsperson) is responsible for preparing joist and deck erection drawings according to project specifications and contract drawings using 3D software (Tekla). Detailers must be able to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and design requirements related to steel joist and steel deck. A Detailer must be able to apply this information to the preparation of approval submittal drawings, coordination of information between Vulcraft and our customer, and preparation of final drawings and bills of materials for release to production with all information necessary for correct product design and manufacture. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
