The Contra Costa County Office of Education is committed to creating an accessible, supportive environment and an educational experience that recognizes diversity and cultural competence as integral components of academic excellence. The teacher in the position will provide assistance to roll out A-G courses, instructional materials, and help with coaching, modeling and professional development. With the support of Instructional Assistants, teachers provide comprehensive learning environments, including a highly structured behavior management system, while assisting the students with self-help, vocational, and academic skills. The Teacher on Special Assignment is a Full Release teaching contract for the 2025-2026 school year.</p>
