<p>Shift Lead - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing</p> <p>Location: Onsite - Torrance, CA | Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift, multiple positions.</p> <p>Join our team as a Shift Lead and take charge of day-to-day operations in a cGMP environment producing APIs and peptide-based products. You'll lead a skilled team, ensure compliance with FDA/DEA regulations, troubleshoot equipment, and drive operational excellence.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee safe, compliant, and efficient production. </li><li>Lead and train team members on processes and equipment. </li><li>Manage shift schedules, documentation, and handovers. </li><li>Operate and troubleshoot reactors, HPLC/UPLC, lyophilizers, and more. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a science-related field. </li><li>3+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing (peptide experience preferred). </li><li>Hands-on experience with SPPS reactors, filtration, and chromatography. </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?
