Make outbound calls via an automated dialer system, to offer estimate opportunities to businesses who have roofing concerns. No Residential calling.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & BASIC TASKS</p> <ul> <li> <p>Contact prospective Business to Business (B2B) customers to ascertain needs and opportunities, via telephone in our onsite call center.</p> </li><li> <p>No Residential calling</p> </li><li> <p>During calls gather all relevant information, including size, age, and owner contact information for building/roof.</p> </li><li> <p>Enter data into customer contact database for review and approval by sales staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate and up to date information in database.</p> </li></ul> <p>GOALS</p> <ul> <li>Generate at least TWO actionable leads per week. </li><li>Making minimum outbound call requirements per day </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age. </li><li>High school diploma or GED preferred. </li><li>Basic computer knowledge including the use of Outlook, Excel, and Word are helpful. The position also requires telephone skills, and minimum basic computer and typing skills. </li><li>Some experience in a CALL CENTER or TELEMARKETING is preferred, but not required. </li><li>Having knowledge of Microsoft access is preferred, but not required. </li><li>Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen. </li><li>Provide 2 forms of I-9 Citizenship approved identification. </li></ul> <p>SKILLS & ABILITIES</p> <p>Honest, dependable, self-motivated, persuasive, good communication skills. Outgoing people person who is also able to handle high pressure moments while keeping a positive mind set. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Must have excellent customer service phone skills.</p> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS</p> <p>Position requires the ability to work in close contact with other Call Center Agents (Lead Generators) in a call center office environment.</p> <p>This job will be a sitting position for a large portion of your day.</p> <p>About Us:</p> <p>ACR1.COM Commercial Roofing (ACR) incorporated in Indiana March of 1984.
