The result is a new way of embracing risk that drives superior outcomes.</p> <p>The Property Broker interacts with WTW clients and carriers to meet and exceed their ongoing insurance and risk management needs. They provide knowledge, leadership, insight, and direction for broking activities to ensure that client expectations are consistently met. This role encompasses a wide range of expertise, assuming that the broker is capable of handling accounts independently. The size and complexity of the accounts can vary.</p> <p>More experienced brokers may also be responsible for training and supervising Associate Brokers. The Property Broker ensures that relevant regulatory and technical standards are met and helps drive the broking team to achieve agreed operational and financial goals.</p> <p>Note: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.</p> <p>The Role</p> <ul> <li>Working with a diverse group of Korean clients and WTW colleagues in a team environment focused on delivering customer satisfaction in all areas </li><li>Serving as an assertive advocate for WTW clients </li><li>Providing day-to-day service to clients via telephone and email to ensure their needs are appropriately met </li><li>Frequent face to face client & prospect interactions including business trips </li><li>Communicate with insurance carriers to negotiate, evaluate and deliver quotes to exceed client expectations </li><li>Maintaining quality service plans, open item reports, policy expiration/renewal tracking and completion </li><li>Collecting & reviewing exposure information for new business and renewals including market submission and client proposal preparation </li><li>Completing policy reviews and overseeing correction process </li><li>Managing the invoicing and certificate processes </li><li>Requesting, tracking and processing audits and endorsements </li></ul> <p>The Requirements</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of professional experience working with large, complex commercial P & C and insurance clients </li><li>Clients and prospects relationship management experience </li><li>BA/BS degree preferred </li><li>Bilingual- English/Korean preferred </li><li>Ability to operate as an individual contributor within a team framework </li><li>Solid insurance brokerage, account management, and servicing skills </li><li>Effective analysis, problem solving and communication skills </li><li>State license within 6 months of employments </li><li>Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products a must, specifically Microsoft Excel </li></ul> <p>Please Note: We have flexibility to hire at the Broker Assistant, Broker or Senior Broker career levels depending upon the selected candidate's experience.</p> <p>Compensation and Benefits</p> <p>Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements for various state/local pay transparency legislation.
