As an Installer, you'll play an important role in getting the finished sign or graphic in place so everyone can see it - in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle or hanging from a ceiling. You'll use a variety of tools to assemble, erect and hang items, both inside and out. Fear of heights is not in your vocabulary! In fact, most of your days will be spent moving, lifting and building for a wide variety of sign installations.</p> <p>Benefits/Perks:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Pay </li><li>Paid Vacation and Holiday </li><li>Performance Bonus </li><li>Ongoing Training Opportunities </li></ul> <p>A Successful FASTSIGNS Installer Is:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for offsite installations of signs, graphics, and print media at customer locations while maintaining FASTSIGNS quality standards. </li><li>Able to assess installation environments and determine the best methods, tools, and techniques needed for each job site. </li><li>Reviews job requirements and verifies measurements before installation to ensure accuracy, alignment, and professional results. </li><li>Experienced with general handyman skills, comfortable using hand and power tools for mounting, assembling, and installing signage. </li><li>Skilled in vinyl installations, including wall graphics, window graphics, and other adhesive-based signage applications. </li><li>Basic electrical installation knowledge is a plus, especially for illuminated or powered signage. </li><li>Capable of conducting site surveys, gathering measurements, evaluating surfaces, and identifying installation requirements ahead of production. </li><li>Confident in measuring and leveling, ensuring signs and graphics are installed straight, secure, and visually clean. </li><li>Comfortable working at heights, including ladders, lifts, or scaffolding, and follows all safety procedures. </li><li>Able to work both indoors and outdoors, adapting to different job site conditions and weather when necessary. </li><li>Enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in craftsmanship and completing projects with high attention to detail. </li><li>Works well independently and in a team setting, communicating effectively with coworkers and customers. </li><li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, able to troubleshoot challenges and complete installations efficiently. </li></ul> <p>Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Installer:</p> <ul> <li>Clean driving record </li><li>18 years of age or older </li><li>Proficiently uses hand and power tools </li><li>Scissor lift and bucket truck experience preferred but not required </li><li>Experience installing a variety of signs and graphics preferred but not required </li></ul> <p>Do you enjoy working with people?
