<p>Job Title: Civil Project Manager</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Denver. The successful candidate will step into a team lead role, focusing on building out our Data Center team. This role requires a strong background in managing the entire lifecycle of civil projects, with a special emphasis on data centers.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and build out a team dedicated to data center projects. </li><li>Manage the full lifecycle of civil projects, including setting schedules, handling negotiations, and managing workloads and deadlines. </li><li>Work directly with clients to understand their needs and manage their requests effectively. </li><li>Be responsible for the design aspects, including permitting, site design, utility layout, grading, drainage, and site development. </li><li>Train and mentor junior staff, fostering their growth and development within the team. </li><li>Immediately engage in design work and take full management of projects as they come in. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 8-10 years of civil engineering experience. </li><li>At least 2 years of experience focused on data center projects. </li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and a deep understanding of civil land development processes. </li><li>Strong project management skills, including budget and schedule management. </li><li>Ability to work directly with clients and manage client relationships effectively. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in building and leading teams. </li><li>A track record of successfully mentoring junior staff is a plus. </li><li>Willingness to relocate, with potential relocation assistance available. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This role offers a hybrid work environment based in our new office in Downtown Denver. You will have the opportunity to build your own team of 6-10 engineers, focusing specifically on Data Center work. Support from other data center teams across the country is available. The current civil team in Denver consists of about 15 members.
