<p>We are looking for an entry-level float teller to join our team working between our Bonita (25301 South Tamiami Trail, Unit 1, Bonita Springs, FL 34134) and Naples (1410 Pine Ridge Road Unit 18, Naples, FL 34108) locations as a float teller. This person will start out by providing customers with excellent customer service as they learn the basics of banking, such as handling customer transactions on the teller window. Over time, this person will be trained to work in all areas of the branch (platform, taking equity loan applications, mortgages, etc.). The role is ideal for someone who wants to learn and grow within the banking industry.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide excellent customer service with resourcefulness, positivity, and confidence </li><li>Assist customers with transactions on the teller line or platform </li><li>Maintain knowledge of Third Federal products and services to ensure we're providing the best solutions to our customers </li><li>Remain observant to mitigate fraudulent activity and minimize risk </li><li>Adhere to all policies, procedures, and processes to ensure internal and regulatory compliance </li><li>Work closely with other Third Federal associates to ensure the highest level of customer and associate satisfaction </li><li>Ensure confidentiality of customers and associates is kept and protected </li><li>Operate with the Third Federal values (love, trust, respect, a commitment to excellence, and fun) </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School graduate or equivalent </li><li>Dependability, punctuality, and eagerness to learn </li><li>At least 1 year of cash handling and/or balancing experience </li><li>Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor </li><li>Display positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills </li><li>Comfort and efficiency multitasking in a busy environment </li><li>Ability to thrive in a team-based setting </li><li>Banking or finance experience preferred </li></ul>
