We work with all core analytics tools, such as PA (Portfolio Analysis), SPAR (our returns-based Style, Performance, and Risk tool), Portfolio Vault & Insight, Portfolio Batcher, Publisher, Analytics APIs, to name a few. As our mandate continues to grow, we are looking for eager, exceptionally talented individuals to join our team!</p> <p>Analytics Implementation Specialists are part of a fast growing team comprised of subject matter experts, combining product and industry knowledge to help ensure customer success during implementations. Implementation Specialists are expected to be experts in the FactSet Performance Solution (FPS). As an implementation specialist you will work with a Professional Services project team to lead successful client implementations.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Providing product (functional and technical) guidance on the solutioning of processes based on customer needs</p> </li><li> <p>Effectively communicate with our most sophisticated users via a strong understanding of investment principles and their application in the industry</p> </li><li> <p>Identify growth strategies by outlining client organizational structures and uncovering additional opportunity during the implementation process</p> </li><li> <p>Share emerging trends, what is working well, and areas for improvement with the Analytics & Trading SBU</p> </li><li> <p>Study client workflows and partner with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet's products</p> </li><li> <p>Provide user training and support the development of training programs</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate transition from implementation phase to support</p> </li><li> <p>Create user workflow specifications, custom report specifications, establish priority and direction to technical integration staff on client requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Implement new and enhance existing deployments to create a better user experience and further enable sales opportunities</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline</p> </li><li> <p>At least 4 years of experience working with FactSet's Analytics tools</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of performance workflows</p> </li><li> <p>10 years of financial services experience</p> </li><li> <p>Strong technical background</p> </li><li> <p>Proven technical proficiency particularly with writing complex screening codes</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products</p> </li><li> <p>CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or other industry certifications preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture</p> </li><li> <p>Enthusiastic with a keen sense of initiative and a desire to take ownership</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to travel</p> </li></ul> <p>Job location: Austin, Charlotte, Norwalk, New York, Chicago and Toronto</p> <p>Working Environment: Hybrid</p> <p>For U.S. locations, must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future</p> <p>What's In It For You</p> <p>At FactSet, our people are our greatest asset, and our culture is our biggest competitive advantage.
