The ideal candidate will be able to:</p> <ul> <li>Provides aeronautical domain expertise in support of Jacobs projects and contracts. </li><li>Applies a high level of aeronautical data experience to evaluation, design and implementation of mission planning products, and to aeronautical data quality investigations. </li><li>Responsible for technical support to assigned Program/Project </li><li>Interfaces with customer representatives at all levels to understand complex systems requirements </li><li>Translates complex systems requirements to developers and software engineers </li><li>Participates in evaluation and assessment of Mission Planning products </li><li>Prepares and presents technical briefings to customer management and staff </li><li>Assists in preparing proposals, project plans, quotations, white papers, and process improvements </li><li>Investigate aeronautical data issues, analyze impacts, and develop solutions </li><li>Automate manual tasks related to processing and analysis of aeronautical data </li><li>Plan and conduct aeronautical database load tests in lab environment and on-aircraft </li></ul> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of DAFIF, ARINC-424 or similar aeronautical data specifications </li><li>Knowledge of aircraft, weapons, mission planning, and military air operations </li><li>Experience with rotary or fixed wing flight operations </li><li>Knowledge of various flight management systems (Desired) </li></ul> <p>Must be a US Citizen</p> <p>Clearance Required: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, US DoD Secret or Higher</p> <p>Minimum Years of Experience: Required - High School Diploma and at least fourteen (14) years of related experience, or BS degree from an accredited school and at least eight (8) years of related experience, or a MS degree from an accredited school and at least seven (7) years of related experience</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>11,000.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>190,000.00</p> <p>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
