This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, stays organized under deadlines, and enjoys solving problems behind the scenes. Youll play a key role in ensuring vendors are paid on time, records are accurate, and financial processes stay on track.</p> <p>What Youll Do</p> <ul> <li>Review, code, and process invoices across multiple properties </li><li>Prepare and process payments (ACH, wires, and checks) </li><li>Maintain accurate records and organize supporting documentation </li><li>Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely vendor payments </li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies </li><li>Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain professional relationships </li><li>Partner with accounting team members to resolve issues and improve processes </li><li>Assist with 1099 reporting and other compliance-related tasks </li></ul> <p>What Were Looking For</p> <ul> <li>12+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines </li><li>Comfortable working with accounting systems (AppFolio or similar is a plus) </li><li>Solid communication skills with both vendors and internal teams </li><li>Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities </li></ul> <p>This role focuses on accuracy, accountability, and consistency.
