This role is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment plans to achieve qualitative staffing results and diversity hiring objectives. This role maintains a visible profile in the market with prospective candidates and industry networks.</p> <p>Profile Description:</p> <ul> <li>Proactively network, source and recruit a diverse slate of candidates to meet the hiring needs of the business and culture of the company. </li><li>Consult with hiring manager on strategy, process, selection and offers, managing the day to day recruiting process. </li><li>Provide proactive and timely communications to hiring managers and candidates with respect to their status in the recruiting process. </li><li>Effectively support production/volume recruiting needs (call centers, operations, etc.) </li><li>Meet aggressive recruiting targets effectively and efficiently. </li><li>Maintain up-to-date and accurate tracking of data in regards to prospects, candidates, and job requisitions according to TA established processes using Workday. </li><li>Attend hiring manager staff meetings and share relevant information with respect to the job market, sourcing strategies and techniques. </li><li>Provide reporting to the business as required. </li><li>Proactively source and present a talent pipeline for desired Voya niche skills and/or strategic roles. </li><li>Other duties and projects as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred. </li><li>Minimum 3 years' experience with a proven track record of full-cycle recruiting success in a Corporate or Agency environment. </li><li>Develop and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers. </li><li>Experience in a high energy, high volume recruiting environment with the ability to respond to changing markets. </li><li>Experience using sourcing tools and technologies include job boards, Social Media, Linked-In etc. </li><li>Working knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws. </li><li>Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills. </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. </li><li>Strong service orientation with business driven mindset, sense of urgency and continual drive for process improvement. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.</p> <p>Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
