<p>Job Type</p> <p>Full-Time Regular</p> <p>Workday Adoption Enablement Consultant</p> <p>Hybrid (onsite/remote): Ability to report to Columbus office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)</p> <p>The HR Technology Analyst will support Owner's HR technology operations. The role includes system administration, troubleshooting, configuration, data management, and process optimization to enhance HR functions such as payroll, time & attendance, and performance management.</p> <ul> <li>Optimize HR system performance, especially in time tracking, payroll, and performance management. </li><li>Ensure seamless integration and data flow between HR systems. </li><li>Support the development of self-service capabilities. </li><li>Implement business process improvements. </li><li>Provide data analysis and reporting to HR leadership. </li><li>Offer training and support to non-technical stakeholders. </li><li>Manage and configure HR technology systems </li><li>Address integration issues and collaborate with technical teams. </li><li>Identify and implement process improvements. </li><li>Generate reports and ensure data integrity. </li><li>Provide training and support for HR system users. </li><li>Assist in the development of self-service HR capabilities. </li><li>Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulations. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience with Workday implementations, with a focus on user adoption and enablement. </li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills to effectively assist end users. </li><li>Ability to quickly learn system configurations and workflows. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to user support. </li><li>Familiarity with change management principles. </li></ul>
