ECU Health Medical Center has achieved Magnet designation twice and provides acute and intermediate care, rehabilitation and outpatient health services to a 29-county region that is home to more than 1.4 million people.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Emergency Services Service Line Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and implementation of emergency services programs within the healthcare organization. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality emergency care, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Program Manager will lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes, enhance service delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
