This role requires attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow a standardized packing process. No warehouse system navigation or equipment operation is required.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assemble product boxes by:</p> </li><li> <p>Inserting the correct product items</p> </li><li> <p>Adding required coolant/ice packs</p> </li><li> <p>Sealing and taping boxes for shipment</p> </li><li> <p>Work at a fixed station throughout the shift-no movement across warehouse zones</p> </li><li> <p>Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packing and safety</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean and organized workstation</p> </li><li> <p>Meet daily productivity and quality targets</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with leads and supervisors to resolve any packing issues</p> </li></ul> <p>"It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability."</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent</p> <p>6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience</p> <p>Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position</p> <p>Ability to see, speak, hear, write, and understand the English language.</p> <p>Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift</p> <p>Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift</p> <p>Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry</p> <p>Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent</p> <p>1+ years of warehouse and/or distribution work experience 6+ months of experience operating a forklift and/or pallet jack</p> <p>Foodservice distribution or related industry experience</p>
