Learn more about Inclusion & Diversity at PVH here.</p> <p>Business Title: VP, Data & Analytics Technology</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Vice President, Data & Analytics Technology will lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing evolution of PVH's enterprise data and analytics technology capabilities. This role is responsible for building and scaling modern data platforms, analytics tools, and data engineering practices that enable trusted, timely, and actionable insights across the business.</p> <p>Reporting to the SVP of Commercial & Data Systems, the Vice President will partner closely with stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Digital, Merchandising, Planning, Product Creation, and Operations to define and execute a global data and analytics roadmap. This leader will play a critical role in modernizing PVH's data ecosystem, including cloud data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, modern reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, and the global data pipelines required to harmonize information from disparate enterprise systems.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading global teams responsible for data platforms, analytics engineering, and enterprise reporting, with a strong track record of delivering scalable data solutions through agile ways of working. This leader will also ideally have experience supporting or partnering on data governance programs to improve data quality, consistency, stewardship, and business trust in enterprise data assets.</p> <p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Data & Analytics Technology Strategy</p> <ul> <li>Define and lead the enterprise strategy for data and analytics technology in support of PVH's business priorities, transformation agenda, and growth ambitions. </li><li>Build and execute a multi-year roadmap for modernizing data platforms, analytics capabilities, reporting environments, and data integration architecture. </li><li>Partner with business and technology leaders to align data and analytics investments to strategic priorities, balancing scalability, speed, resilience, and cost efficiency. </li><li>Establish a forward-looking vision for how data can be leveraged as a strategic asset across planning, commercial, supply chain, finance, and customer-facing functions. </li></ul> <p>Cloud Data Platform Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Lead the architecture, implementation, and evolution of PVH's modern cloud data platform based on Databricks. </li><li>Ensure the data platform ecosystem is secure, scalable, performant, and capable of supporting global data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption needs. </li><li>Drive platform standardization and simplification where possible, reducing fragmentation and improving usability for engineering, analytics, and business teams. </li><li>Oversee platform operations, performance, and service levels, ensuring strong reliability and support for critical business processes and reporting needs. </li></ul> <p>Enterprise Reporting & Analytics Enablement</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the technology capabilities that support enterprise reporting, dashboarding, visualization, and self-service analytics using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and related technologies. </li><li>Partner with business stakeholders to improve access to trusted insights and enable better decision-making through scalable, intuitive, and well-governed reporting solutions. </li><li>Establish standards and best practices for report development, semantic modeling, dashboard performance, usability, and lifecycle management. </li><li>Support the evolution from fragmented reporting toward a more standardized and reusable enterprise analytics environment. </li></ul> <p>Global Data Engineering & Pipeline Delivery</p> <ul> <li>Lead the design and build of complex global data pipelines that integrate and harmonize data from disparate systems across ERP, supply chain, finance, commerce, customer, product, and other enterprise domains. </li><li>Ensure data pipelines are robust, scalable, well-monitored, and designed to support both operational and analytical use cases. </li><li>Drive improvements in data availability, latency, quality, and consistency across the end-to-end data lifecycle. </li><li>Partner with architecture and system owners to enable efficient and sustainable integration patterns across source systems and downstream platforms. </li></ul> <p>Agile Delivery & Execution</p> <ul> <li>Lead teams using agile delivery methodologies to execute a portfolio of complex data and analytics initiatives with transparency, speed, and accountability. </li><li>Build strong delivery disciplines across product management, engineering, testing, release management, and stakeholder communication. </li><li>Establish development processes, delivery metrics, and governance mechanisms to ensure successful execution of global programs and continuous improvement of delivery performance. </li><li>Foster a product- and value-oriented mindset across the organization, ensuring teams remain closely aligned to business outcomes. </li></ul> <p>Data Governance, Quality & Stewardship</p> <ul> <li>Support and help operationalize enterprise data governance capabilities in partnership with business and data leaders. </li><li>Contribute to the implementation of frameworks, controls, and processes that improve data quality, lineage, stewardship, metadata management, and policy compliance. </li><li>Ensure technology platforms and delivery practices align with broader governance requirements, including master/reference data standards, access controls, and retention policies. </li><li>Partner with business stakeholders to improve trust in enterprise data through stronger accountability, transparency, and issue resolution processes. </li></ul> <p>Transformation, Innovation & Operational Excellence</p> <ul> <li>Drive transformation initiatives that modernize legacy data environments and enable a more scalable, cloud-based, and business-friendly data ecosystem. </li><li>Evaluate emerging technologies and practices in data engineering, analytics, AI/ML enablement, and governance to determine where they can create measurable value for PVH. </li><li>Manage strategic vendor and platform relationships to ensure strong performance, innovation, and value realization. </li><li>Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics for platform stability, pipeline reliability, report adoption, and delivery effectiveness. </li></ul> <p>Leadership & Team Development</p> <ul> <li>Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across data engineering, analytics technology, reporting platforms, solution architecture, and delivery management. </li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. </li><li>Develop organizational capabilities that support modern engineering practices, strong business partnership, and scalable global delivery. </li><li>Mentor leaders and create succession plans that position the organization for long-term success. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>12+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or enterprise technology roles, with significant leadership responsibility. </li><li>Proven experience leading enterprise cloud data platform implementations and operations, including platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar technologies. </li><li>Strong experience overseeing enterprise reporting and visualization capabilities using Power BI, Tableau, or related tools. </li><li>Demonstrated success leading the design and delivery of complex global data pipelines integrating data from multiple, disparate systems across enterprise domains. </li><li>Proven experience leading teams using agile project delivery methodologies in a global, matrixed environment. </li><li>Experience supporting, enabling, or partnering on data governance implementations strongly preferred. </li><li>Experience in global consumer, retail, fashion, or similarly complex industries preferred. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>Strong strategic leadership skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable data and analytics technology roadmaps. </li><li>Deep knowledge of modern data architecture, cloud platforms, enterprise reporting, data integration, and engineering best practices. </li><li>Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, orchestration, observability, and enterprise analytics ecosystems. </li><li>Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional business and technology stakeholders. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a data-driven and outcome-oriented mindset. </li><li>Ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and organizational change in a fast-paced global environment. </li><li>Strong people leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience developing high-performing technical organizations. </li></ul> <p>The primary geographic focus for the role is: Global</p> <p>Pay Range:</p> <p>PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
