This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and growing environment.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Receive and execute repair orders from the dispatcher efficiently and accurately. </li><li>Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs. </li><li>Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain required parts. </li><li>Save and tag parts under warranty or as requested by customers. </li><li>Inform the service advisor immediately if additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed on time. </li><li>Document all work performed accurately. </li><li>Perform road tests and quality checks on vehicles when required. </li><li>Attend training classes and stay current with factory technical bulletins. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness of customers' vehicles and work areas. </li><li>Follow all federal, state, and local regulations regarding safety and environmental compliance. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. </li><li>Frequent lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 100 pounds. </li><li>Ability to walk, sit, talk, and hear as required during work tasks. </li><li>Valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report. </li><li>Six months to one year of related technical training or experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. </li><li>Ability to work efficiently and communicate effectively within a team. </li></ul> <p>WHAT WE OFFER:</p> <ul> <li>Tremendous product & inventory </li><li>Ongoing company-wide training </li><li>Strong company reputation </li><li>Growth opportunities </li><li>Professional, enthusiastic & supportive working environment </li></ul> <p>When you join our organization, you'll enjoy comprehensive training, competitive compensation, and unparalleled benefits.
