<p>BSA with Data Mapping exp</p> <ul> <li>System Data Analysis & Mapping </li><li>Lead end-to-end data mapping initiatives for system integrations, migrations, and ETL processes </li><li>Analyze source and target data structures to identify relationships, dependencies, and transformation requirements </li><li>Create comprehensive data mapping documentation including field-level specifications, transformation rules, and business logic </li><li>Develop data lineage diagrams and data flow documentation to ensure traceability </li><li>Conduct data profiling and quality assessment to identify anomalies, gaps, and inconsistencies </li><li>Define data validation rules and acceptance criteria for data migration and integration projects </li><li>Collaborate with data engineers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of mapping specifications </li><li>SQL Development & Analysis </li><li>Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data across multiple databases </li><li>Develop stored procedures, views, and scripts to support data analysis and reporting needs </li><li>Perform data reconciliation and validation using SQL to ensure data integrity post-migration </li><li>Optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency </li><li>Conduct root cause analysis using SQL to troubleshoot data issues and discrepancies </li><li>Create ad-hoc reports and data extracts to support business intelligence and decision-making </li><li>Support database design reviews and provide input on data model optimization </li><li>Business Analysis </li><li>Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process analysis </li><li>Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical user stories </li><li>Create detailed process flow diagrams, use cases, and business requirement documents (BRDs) </li><li>Facilitate requirements review sessions with stakeholders and technical teams </li><li>Conduct gap analysis between current state and future state data architectures </li><li>Support UAT planning, test case development, and defect triage </li><li>Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams </li><li>Stakeholder Collaboration </li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, data engineering, business operations, and vendors </li><li>Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels </li><li>Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project scope and deliver ables </li><li>Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to gather requirements and resolve issues </li><li>Provide training and documentation to end-users on new systems and data processes </li><li>Required Qualifications </li><li>Technical Skills </li><li>Advanced SQL proficiency including: </li><li>Complex joins (inner, outer, cross, self-joins) </li><li>Subqueries, CTEs (Common Table Expressions), and window functions </li><li>Aggregate functions, grouping, and pivoting data </li><li>Query optimization and performance tuning </li><li>Stored procedures, triggers, and views </li><li>Data mapping expertise including: </li><li>Source-to-target mapping documentation </li><li>Data transformation logic definition </li><li>ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process design </li><li>Data quality and validation rules </li><li>Master data management concepts </li><li>Database knowledge: </li><li>Relational database concepts and normalization </li><li>Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL </li><li>Understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling </li><li>Familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus </li><li>Business Analysis Skills </li><li>5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst </li><li>Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills </li><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence) </li><li>Proven ability to create process flows, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications </li><li>Experience with UAT coordination, test case development, and defect management </li><li>Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices </li></ul> <p>Salary Range- $95,000-$100,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-SP3</p> <p>#LI-VX1</p>
