Cognizant reserves the right to modify this information at any time, subject to applicable law.</p> <p>Responsibilities-</p> <p>Design & Develop Conversational Flows: Build intents, entities, and flows in Dialogflow CX for chatbots and voice assistants and managing intent recognition.</p> <ul> <li>Build IVR systems, call routing, and CRM integrations. Implement webhooks and APIs for dynamic responses and backend data exchange. </li><li>Work with real-time analytics, call transcript analysis, QA automation and agent assist tools. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand contact center workflows and challenge areas. </li><li>Customize and optimize Google's CCAI tools (Dialogflow, Agent Assist, etc.) for client-specific needs. Train and fine-tune models for improved intent recognition and entity extraction. </li><li>Analyze call transcripts and customer interactions to improve model accuracy and customer experience. </li><li>Analyze with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Monitor bot performance, analyse user interactions, and optimize for accuracy and engagement. </li><li>Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and reliability. </li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and apply it to real-world problems. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Java is a plus. </li><li>Proficiency in Python (for ML) and Experience with Java is a plus </li></ul> <p>The Cognizant community:</p> <p>We are a high caliber team who appreciate and support one another.
