<p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Funding & Disbursement</p> <ul> <li>Review lender funding instructions and closing documents for accuracy and completeness. </li><li>Prepare and process wire transfers and checks for disbursement of funds. </li><li>Balance escrow files prior to funding to ensure all funds are accounted for. </li></ul> <p>Compliance & Accuracy</p> <ul> <li>Ensure all transactions comply with Utah state regulations, RESPA, and company policies. </li><li>Verify payoff statements, commissions, and other disbursements for accuracy. </li><li>Maintain detailed records of all funding activities for audit purposes. </li></ul> <p>Communication & Support</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Escrow Officers, lenders, and internal teams to resolve funding issues promptly. </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners during the funding process. </li></ul> <p>Problem Resolution</p> <ul> <li>Identify and resolve discrepancies in funding packages quickly and efficiently. </li><li>Escalate complex issues to management when necessary. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education: High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).</p> </li><li> <p>Experience:</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 1-2 years in escrow, title, or mortgage funding preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with real estate closing processes and lender requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Skills:</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in escrow software and Microsoft Office Suite.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge:</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of Utah escrow laws and regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic accounting principles for balancing files.</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Full-time position, Monday-Friday. </li><li>This person can either work out of our Ogden office or Salt Lake City office. </li><li>Office-based with occasional remote flexibility depending on company policy. </li></ul>
