You will assist with completing application forms and accurately input data into our online systems. Additionally, you will administer standardized knowledge tests to assess applicants' understanding of the motor vehicle code, driving laws, and traffic control devices. You will also perform vision screenings using specialized equipment. Your duties will include entering test results and customer applications for driver's license services into our online software systems. A strong knowledge of both REAL ID and non-REAL ID products, as well as our services and requirements, is essential for effectively addressing public inquiries. It is also important to ensure the correct application and documentation of fee waiver codes during customer transactions, in line with the established fee waiver guidelines.</p> <p>Interested in learning more?
