They will also perform and document all phases of vehicle and trailer maintenance, repair and perform diagnostics on various types of light, medium, and heavy trucks & trailers. Main Responsibilities:</p> <p>Troubleshoot vehicle & trailers to diagnose malfunction and plan repair procedures.</p> <p>Perform engine tune-up and electrical system repairs.</p> <p>Repair and replace flat tires, perform preventive maintenance, and replace interior and exterior parts.</p> <p>Repair charging systems, brakes and exhaust systems.</p> <p>Complete DOT vehicle inspections.</p> <p>Execute front-end work including brakes, shocks, and radiators.</p> <p>Rewire ignition system, lights, and instrument panel.</p> <p>Complete scheduled maintenance and lubricate moving parts. Operate equipment to verify conformance to specifications.</p> <p>Respond to and complete work orders; prioritize workload and meet deadlines.</p> <p>Maintain accurate daily service reports and equipment status reports.</p> <p>Interact daily with internal customers, vendors, and manufacturers for technical questions and support.</p> <p>Use laptop computer for diagnostics, service reports, work orders and time reporting.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <p>1+ years successful hands-on experience with diesel and gasoline engines and diagnostics.</p> <p>Valid driver's license with good driving record.</p> <p>Effective troubleshooting and technical ability.</p> <p>Connect with us on Social Media!
