If you're ready to join a fast-paced environment where your skills shape the future of payments, come aboard and let's drive the future of global money transfer together at MoneyGram!</p> <p>The Desktop Support position is responsible for providing second-level support for IT End User issues, including day-to-day support of the MGI Desktop/Laptop, peripherals, telecom, and network infrastructure environments.</p> <p>WHAT YOU WILL DO</p> <ul> <li>Build Desktop and Laptop systems for end user deployment. </li><li>Resolve incidents and requests at a level 2 role. </li><li>Provide hardware support. </li><li>Provide software application support. </li><li>May participate in small scale projects. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>WHO YOU ARE</p> <ul> <li>Any combination of relevant education and experience and/or related professional designations/certifications in this field is highly desirable. </li><li>High School Diploma, technical college, or equivalent work experience. </li><li>1-2 years' experience in the Desktop support profession. </li><li>Intermediate experience using MS Operating Systems Windows, 7 and 10. Office tools, including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word. </li><li>Intermediate skills with Visio and MS Project (or equivalent). </li><li>Role specific experience and technologies, preferred. </li></ul> <p>LOCATION</p> <p>This position is based in Dallas, Texas.
