The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and delivery of virtual training solutions in compliance with relevant standards and requirements. This role involves close collaboration with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to gather and refine training requirements. The Senior Game Developer will design, code, test, and document virtual training content, as well as update existing training modules to ensure course materials remain current. Additionally, the candidate will provide technical support for virtual training to both internal and external customers. The role also includes researching and evaluating emerging technologies to enhance virtual training capabilities and streamline the development process.</p> <p>This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
