We have recently expanded our capabilities as a single source supplier by adding a Mechanical Services Division as well as becoming a Misc. Steel manufacturer. AES has 4 different fabrication facility locations nationwide to assist our customers and reduce their freight cost and shipment lead timee</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>A Material Handler with Lennox AES at our Reno, NV location is responsible for the efficient and organized movement of materials, products, and goods within our production facility. They are responsible for building pallets and crates to support shipping and production needs. This role is focused on hands-on, manual work in the woodshop area, including measuring, cutting, and assembling wooden components.</p> <p>The Compensation for this position is $20.00 per hour. (Opportunity for Over Time!)</p> <p>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</p> <ul> <li>Build wooden pallets and crates according to specifications. </li><li>Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision and efficiency. </li><li>Inspect wood products for defects and ensure quality control. </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the woodshop. </li><li>Report material shortages, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors. </li><li>Support other team members as needed. </li><li>Follow work instructions and company safety guidelines at all times. </li><li>Cross-train and assist in other duties as assigned. </li><li>Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues. </li><li>Cross-train and help in other areas depending on workload </li></ul> <p>WHAT WE OFFER</p> <p>At Lennox, we realize that our greatest assets are our employees.
