<p>Current Saint Francis Employees - Please click HERE to login and apply.</p> <p>Full Time</p> <p>Job Summary: The Senior Continuous Process Improvement Advisor serves as the department project leader, leads large, cross-functional transformation projects, oversees and supports the work of other CPI Advisors, mentors' improvement practitioners while serving as the organization's highest-level expert on Lean Six Sigma, Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control/ Define-Measure-Analyze-Design-Validate (DMAIC/DMADV), and other performance-improvement frameworks. This role partners with executives to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes, leverages advanced analytics and change-management techniques to deliver breakthrough results and sustain gains. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering, Nursing, Operations Management, or related field. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), preferred. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or healthcare operations. 5 years of experience as a clinical professional within a healthcare environment, preferred. Prior experience influencing senior leadership and driving adoption of new processes across dispersed, multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Expert knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, DMADV tools and methodologies. Advanced data analytics capabilities encompassing database querying, data visualization, and statistical analysis. Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and storytelling skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, balance multiple priorities, and deliver on aggressive timelines. High emotional intelligence and coaching mindset, fostering psychological safety and accountability within teams. Proficiency within Microsoft 365, with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Ability to assist teammates with projects, work independently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with competing hard deadlines. Demonstrated ability to navigate professional ambiguity, showcasing adaptability and effectiveness in environments where clear parameters may be lacking. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Collaborates with executive sponsors and other CPI Advisors to identify, prioritize, and charter high impact initiatives that advance organizational strategy and the annual operating plan. Oversees a comprehensive enterprise CPI portfolio with action items, Key Performance Indicators, and financial performance. Plans and facilitates CPI project workshops, ensuring rigorous application of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies. Provides just in time coaching to leaders and frontline teams, enabling them to own and sustain local improvements. Provides oversight, guidance, and escalation support for projects led by other CPI Advisors, ensuring alignment, resource availability, and timely completion. Acquires, cleanses, and analyzes large clinical and operational datasets. Leads development of interactive dashboards to provide insights and drives data driven decision making. Establishes control plans and audit schedules to ensure long term sustainability of improvements. Scans the external environment for emerging best practices, technologies, and regulatory changes and recommends adoption strategies. Decision Making: The carrying out of non-routine procedures under constantly changing conditions, in conformance with general instructions from a supervisor. Working Relationships: Coordinates activities of others (does not supervise). Leads others in same work performed (does not supervise). Works with internal and/or external customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works with other healthcare professionals and staff. Works frequently with individuals at Director level or above. Special Job Dimensions: Off-campus health system support duties may occasionally require use of a private vehicle. A valid driver's license, Motor Vehicle Report, and proof of vehicle liability insurance will be required.
