<p>Part-Time Student Services Assistant (2)</p> <p>Position Reports to: Coordinator of Enrollment Operations</p> <p>Hourly Rate: $19.96 (Level 12, Support Staff)</p> <p>FLSA Status: Non-Exempt</p> <p>These positions are open until filled.</p> <p>Below are the two shifts that are available:</p> <p>Monday through Thursday: 2:00pm-7:00pm, Friday: 12:00pm-5:00pm & Saturdays as needed.</p> <p>Monday through Friday: 8:00am-1:00pm and Saturdays as needed</p> <p>These positions are 25 hours per week. During peak times, employee may work up to 29 hours.</p> <ul> <li>These positions have college-wide responsibilities and requires travel between all campuses and off-site locations. The primary office location will be the Blue Bell campus. </li></ul> <p>These positions have been approved for a flexible work option arrangement. Flexible work options can be ended at any time by the College, Cabinet, and/or supervisors based on employee performance and/or as institutional needs change.</p> <p>Basic Purpose of Job:</p> <p>These positions will provide support to both new and returning students at the College as part of the College's mission of access, retention, and completion, with responsibility for ensuring a high level of customer service through support of the Student Services Resource Center, duties at the Student Services Welcome Desk, support of the Enrollment Services Assistants and providing support in the Testing center. This includes in-person and back office duties.
